Cookie Policy

This Cookie Policy explains how AxLabs GmbH (“AxLabs”) uses cookies and similar technologies on the Launa website and seller dashboard. It should be read together with our Privacy Policy.

What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. We also use comparable technologies such as local storage for essential preferences. Cookies can be session-based (deleted when you close the browser) or persistent (stored until they expire or you delete them).

How we use cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies for core dashboard functionality. Usage analytics are collected with privacy-friendly, cookieless tooling and do not require a separate cookie consent category.

Strictly necessary

Required for authentication, session security, environment selection, and remembering your consent choice. These cannot be disabled through our preference center because the dashboard would not function without them.

• Session token — HTTP-only cookie that keeps you signed in to the seller dashboard.
• Environment selection — remembers whether you are working in production or development workspaces.
• Consent storage — records your cookie category choices so we do not ask on every visit.

Usage analytics (cookieless)

We may collect aggregated usage analytics to understand how features are used and improve reliability. Our analytics provider does not use cookies or persistent cross-site identifiers in your browser.

Managing your preferences

You can change your choices at any time using the “Cookie preferences” control in the site footer or from your account settings. You can also configure your browser to block or delete cookies; note that blocking necessary cookies will prevent dashboard login.

Third-party cookies

Embedded third-party content may set its own cookies when you interact with those features. Their use is governed by the respective third-party policies.

Retention

Session cookies expire when you log out or close your browser. Persistent cookies remain for the period shown in our preference center or until you clear them. Consent records are kept to demonstrate your choices.

Updates

We may update this policy when we add categories, vendors, or product features. Check the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.
